In the heart of the Roads, just off Brickell, is the Vintage Observatory Rooftop. Our clients came to us needing a solution for shade and rain for their client’s events and we helped solve their problem. Our team designed and installed a flat retractable fabric system anchored to their rooftop, covering approximately 1,500 sq. feet of space. To really customize their installation and solve their outdoor usability challenge we designed and manufactured a custom support structure so we could install the retractable system without any center columns. The best part is our client’s didn’t have to sacrifice their breathtaking view in order to enhance their event space.
