Located in the heart of the Miami River District and set against the breathtaking scenery of the Miami skyline, Seaspice Brasserie & Lounge exemplifies the essence of waterfront dining. The internationally renowned venue is set in a post-industrial warehouse outfitted in unexpected and sophisticated nautical touches. We elevated and expanded their outdoor dining space with a retractable pergola system anchored between the 2 buildings, that stretches over the entire outdoor dining area all with no columns. Precisely engineered and installed, the unit provides shade and rain protection to guests without sacrificing their open-air flow and view. Additionally we also implemented a seamless polycarbonate canopy to extend rain and sun protection without sacrificing the magic and beauty of the space.
