This Bay Point residence is the definition of living in luxury. With an already breathtaking view of Miami Beach and Biscayne Bay and a dreamy infinity pool our client’s made their outdoor space even more functional with a retractable pergola for outdoor dining, seamlessly creating a space that blends home life with nature. Our team designed the retractable pergola to line up with the home’s existing columns, creating a perfect square. The pergola is anchored to the house and supported with 2 columns at the front. We designed and manufactured a custom fan beam for the center to complete their set up with the outdoor Haiku fan from Big A** Fans. Our clients also added all the optional lights into the system.
