At the 4th Floor Rooftop of a brand new residence in Paradise Point is a beautiful outdoor lounging area and kitchen decorated with 3 custom Aerolux Bioclimatic Louver Systems. We installed these systems by anchoring to the roof at the rear and mounting to a custom support beam to match up with the client’s original columns and the height of the roof. Together with our engineering partners we designed a custom support frame that allowed us to eliminate the need for multiple center columns. In addition to the custom frame we also designed and manufactured a custom cladding for the rear of the pergola to fill the gap between the louver system and roof, creating a clean and beautiful look to the space.
