This oceanfront residence in Hollywood added one of our Biocliamtic Louver Systems, the Axis to their outdoor kitchen area. With our louver system, they created a defined outdoor dining area to use day or night. A complexity that came with this project was that the area where the outdoor kitchen is has an angled ‘cut-out’ so we could not attach our system directly to the house. Our design team designed a fixed architectural aluminum canopy to fit into that space and act as a support to our Louver System. From this, we made it possible to only have 2 columns. This project features the Axis which is our Rotating and Tilting Louver System.
