Installed between 300 Banyan and 301 Clematis we installed the En-Fold Retractable Awning System for Uni-Systems and Brand Atlantic Real Estate Partners. The retractable canopy seamlessly integrates with the modern aesthetic while offering 75 sq feet of weather protection. The system is suspended between the two buildings, creating a striking floating effect while providing protection from sun and rain to future diners.
